Barron

Trish is an accomplished consultant, coach, and trainer who brings
more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare arena to her
consulting work. She is often described by her clients as powerful,
insightful, and full of integrity. As an organizational development
consultant, Trish excels at helping work groups and cross-functional
teams improve team functioning in order to positively impact business
results. She values partnering with individuals and groups to create
lasting breakthroughs that make a difference.
As
the Director of Training and Consulting Services and a member of
the senior management team of a large, progressive healthcare and
consumer products company, Trish was responsible for ensuring
delivery of high-quality
training, organizational development, and consulting services to
many Fortune 100 companies. She has developed management and sales
training programs and overseen the conception, growth, and implementation
of trainings for various health professionals. She is recognized
for her strong program management and leadership skills.
Prior
to her experience in the private sector, Trish worked in federal,
state, and private medical centers. She has repeatedly demonstrated
her ability to consult with all levels of staff and is noted for
having developed an innovative curriculum to teach physicians behavior
change skills. She brings her great working knowledge of today's
rapidly changing healthcare system to all of her consulting activities.
Trish has a master's degree in public health (health behavior and
health education) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill and is certified as a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic
Programming. She is a long-time resident of Chapel Hill, NC.
