Shawn Hamilton

Shawn is the business manager for The Center for Professional Development. He manages the corporate office and reports directly to the president of the company, Charlotte Bretto Milliner. 

Shawn has a passion for training and education. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics, and two separate master’s degrees, one in business administration and one in training and development. He soon will become a doctoral candidate in an organizational development program. He teaches business classes as an adjunct professor for a local community college and serves on various education boards and committees within his community. 

Shawn brings close to ten years of banking experience to his position at CPD. His company experience includes work for some of the largest financial institutions in the United States, including work as an analyst for a government-sponsored financial entity. He has held various leadership positions within all of these organizations.
