Molly Darling

As President of Cephas Consulting for more than a decade, Molly
managed projects for Fortune 500 telecommunications, internet,
financial services, real estate, and manufacturing companies,

complex revenue management tool for a multi-family housing
company

HR policy integration between two merging national real-estate
firms

growth opportunities for a manufacturing company

national financial services company sales team
Molly began
her career on Capitol Hill, where she served as speechwriter,
Director of Research, and Deputy Chief of Staff for US Rep. Amo
Houghton, the first Fortune 500 CEO to ever serve in the US House of
Representatives. Her corporate career began when she joined
Symmetrix, Inc., a Boston-based consulting firm specializing in
reengineering. In addition to serving as lead consultant on numerous
client engagements, Molly also initiated, designed, and managed
delivery of Symmetrix’s first web site and served as chief editor
for Symmetrix, creating and implementing proposals, marketing
programs, speeches, and media materials.
Molly was selected as a Crown Fellow by the Aspen Institute in 2000
and holds a B.A. with Honors in Political Science from Haverford
College, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern
University, and a Master of Divinity from the Church Divinity School
of the Pacific, an Episcopal seminary.
