Kathy Spitz

Kathy has significant talent and high motivation for the
organization development specialty in which she enjoys challenging work that engages her abilities and skills. Having experienced a mature career in the field, she
is a strong teacher and mentor to others.
Kathy specializes in consulting with individuals, groups, and organizations
that are working toward better solutions for increased effectiveness.
Her work spans the team-building, leadership-development, change-management, training and facilitation, and executive coaching disciplines.
Kathy provides a full range of organization development services including organization diagnosis, organization design, process consulting, executive team development, and individual coaching (Sr. VP and below) primarily geared toward changes associated with post-merger integration.
Kathy has contributed her expertise to the many changes associated with significant long-term downsizing. This included organizational culture change as well as team and individual response to the implications of downsizing. In addition, she coordinated and implemented corporate leadership development assessments globally and designed leadership development programs for top women leaders in organizations.
Kathy has over 30 years of experience
working with large corporations.
Kathy holds an MS in organization development from American University. She is a member of the National and Regional Organization Development Networks and the American University/National Training Labs Alumni Network.
Kathy resides in Chapel Hill, NC with her husband and two children.
