Ethical, insightful, attentive, resourceful, and caring is how
clients describe Judith Francolini. Almost 20 years of partnering with Fortune
100 companies, non-profit organizations, and academic institutions
has given her a breadth of experience that assists individuals and
organizations in optimizing their strengths and fully applying them.
She is committed to meeting individual growth needs while tapping
into the collective strengths of a group.
Judy's
intensity, knowledge, and vision assist groups in building bridges
to the future by optimizing members' performance, increasing their
knowledge, and challenging people's beliefs regarding where they are
and what they want to become. She has a keen aptitude for helping
individuals optimize their resources, explore what else is available
to them, and create a pathway to attain their goals.
When
working with groups, Judy incorporates learning theories, communications
styles, experiential processes, and individual preferences to expand
the group's ability to question old strategies, identify current options,
and explore new directions. As a coach, she provides strategies
that motivate and deepen commitment and ultimately guide individuals
to optimize their strengths and fully apply them within the organization.
Judy's
educational background of clinical nutrition blended with master's
work in adult learning, training and development is the foundation
upon which she has added advanced coursework in counseling, communication,
and master level Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
