Connie Crow is an experienced executive and organizational development consultant who worked internationally as well as in the United States. She has lived and worked in the US and Australia and has spent significant time working in South America, Russia and Asia. Connie has worked with organizations during periods of change, including periods of significant growth, culture change, mergers and acquisitions. She advises leadership groups, aligns talent management processes to organizational strategy, assists in selection and development of organizational leaders, conducts team building, and coaches individual managers through the process of organizational change.
Connie has designed and conducted in-house leadership development programs for a number of companies. She is accredited in a range of instruments and methodologies in her field including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Lominger Leadership Architect.
